gomibako
A little ginjo aroma.
It is not limited to this sake, but the first sip is the most aromatic...
From the second sip, for some reason, you get used to it and become insensitive to the aroma.
The balance of sweetness and richness is good, although you can hardly feel the acidity! Even for a Daiginjo, the sweetness is not too strong.
I don't feel that much alcohol, but I think it has a bit of bitterness for me.
I would like to buy a bottle of Nama Sake next time.
