This is one of the ones I wanted to try. It seemed to be the last lot of this winter, so there was more oriki than usual.
The supernatant is like champagne, with fine bubbles and acidity, and when mixed, it becomes silky like calpis, with the added flavor of rice.
It is 13%, so it was easy to drink and ran out quickly.
