Aomori's Rokka Sake Brewery moved its brewery to a new location in Hirosaki. I was surprised to see that it is in Hirosaki.
We tasted various kinds of sake.
The Junmai Daiginjo was sweet and refreshing and delicious, but I liked this one because of its low alcohol content and slightly astringent apple flavor, so I decided to buy it.
It goes well with dried fruits, etc. 🍎.
