Sake rice is Miyamanishiki produced in Matsumoto City, rice polishing ratio is 60%, and yeast is undisclosed.

It has a cloudy white color and at first glance it has a sweet sake feel, but it also has acidity and umami, making it an interesting sake 🤤.
