Lactic acid aroma and rice aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness and the umami of the rice. Then the sourness. There is a slight scent of yogurt throughout. It is a type that I have never drunk before. I think so. It's delicious. It is completely different from the regular Murasuke. When it's warmed up, the sweetness recedes and the sake becomes fluffy and full of umami and acidity. I like this one.
