The brewer is Hato Masamune Co. in Towada City, Aomori Prefecture. It was founded in 1897.
This special junmai sake is made from 100% Hanafukiyuki, a variety grown in Aomori Prefecture. The label states "once-fired" and "bottle stored".
The website is also elaborate and filled with their commitment to "local water, local rice, and local sake".
