I'm having yellowtail shabu today, so I'll have another bottle.
There is no indication on the label, but I think it was a Junmai Daiginjo.
It's very tasty and has the characteristic of Daishinshu that it goes well with any meal.
Maybe it's because of the good water in Nagano, but there were many sakes that were really refreshing to drink, so I want to go back and buy more!
