This is the second bottle today (lol) and it's New Year's.
Since it is a draft sake, I will make use of the mistake I made last time, chill it well, and finish it by the end of the day.
It has a slight effervescence. Ginjo aroma? slowly spreads. It has a fruity taste, but with a clean aftertaste, so it is easy to drink. It was delicious.
A treat with Osechi!
