I bought a bottle of Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki at Hasegawa Sake Shop in the past, but when I thought I hadn't seen it at any liquor stores in the Kansai region, I found it at Imanaka Sake Shop.
It doesn't say, but it looks like it's a raw sake. I bought it because I had a good impression of Junmai Ginjo Hi-ire in the past. It tastes like apple and muscat. Gentle mouthfeel and gentle sweetness. There is also a fair amount of acidity. No spiciness or bitterness. It tastes just as good as the hi-ire.
