マグロ漁船
Sake from Ishikawa Prefecture.
The aroma that rises is classic sake aroma.
It is not my favorite aroma.
The rice flavor is strong, and the umami is stronger than the sweetness.
The thickness is moderate.
Perhaps it is because of the acidity, but it is refreshing without being cloying.
It is rather spicy.
It is like a classic umami spicy sake.
It has the feeling of being carefully crafted.
It is similar to Shinkame or Kaiharu.
The soupiness is not as strong when heated up compared to Shinkame or Kaiharu, which have a stronger soupiness.
The classic flavor that I don't like remains even when heated.
However, when paired with a meal, it was instantly delicious.
It went especially well with the fatty tuna kama.
Taste level Cold sake 60 points
Hot sake 78 points
