Comments
From the scent, you can smell the fruity fruit scent that is typical of a flower and sunbath. Moreover, it is not just Muscat, it has a very refreshing aroma that is very pleasant. It has a very well-balanced flavor of sweetness and sourness that is typical of Kanyangkyo, and it fills the mouth. The flavor is very assertive, so I felt it was preferable to drink it alone rather than as a sipping sake. The Ginpu-like flavor is evident in the aftertaste. At first, the sourness spreads gradually, but halfway through, the bitterness spreads with it, accentuated by the characteristic aftertaste, and you can't help but reach for the next one.
