Junmai Chou-Oroku. The rice polishing ratio is 60%, so it is not too high. I tried it with sashimi and Japanese smelt, but it was perfect for both. I wrote that I was drinking it with a lot of alcohol, but in fact I only remember the sensation of it. I remember that it was easy to drink. Next time I drink it, I will drink it a little earlier in the season.
