It's Saturday, so I went to the office to do a bit of overtime work, and then stayed home to enjoy some sake (lol).
After tasting the remainder of yesterday's Hyakujuro, I wasn't satisfied, so I opened a bottle of Tobiran Happy New Born so that honda-san wouldn't cheat on me any more (*^^*).
Tobiran is a brand I've liked since I bought it to bring to a work dinner before 💛
I haven't had many opportunities to drink Nagasaki sake, so this bottle of Tobiran opened the door for me to Nagasaki (-'-'-).
This time, "Happy New Born" doesn't have much aroma, but it has a refreshing taste typical of Tobiran. Not too spicy, not too sweet, a nice balance and easy to drink 💛
This is a great sake to drink while eating ♬︎.
