8.5/10 points. This is delicious! This sake was mellowing as the day went on from opening the bottle. It's slightly sweet and has a nice overall balance. I thought it was a bit quirky at first, but as I drank it, I didn't feel it at all. Niida Honke has been brewing Junmai-shu using all natural rice since 2011, and they also use no chemical pesticides, no fertilizers, no added yeast, and no natural lactic acid. I think it is easy to drink even for women. The expression "3.33" was chosen because the amount of rice used for the fourth stage of brewing after the third stage of brewing is 1/3 of the normal amount (0.33). Niida's sake takes a lot of time and effort, but the price range is not that high, so I think it's a very good sake. A ceramic sake cup doesn't fit at all, so we recommend drinking it chilled in a glass. The picture of a frog and a rice paddy on the stopper is cute. This is a sake that I think will become even more popular in the future. List price : 1725 yen (720ml excluding tax) Rice polishing ratio 60%.
