I'm opening the second bottle today.
It's been a year since I've had twilight orange. The alcohol content has gone up by 1% from last year!
As expected, full of orange 🍊 freshness!
It's almost alcohol free, so it's not too bitter. There is almost no alcohol taste, which is a good thing for those who have had bitter experiences with sake in the past and have come to dislike it 😊.
There is no gassy feeling, no tingling in the throat. It flows smoothly and is always delicious 😋😋😋😋.
Thanks for the food 🎶🎶.
I'm talking to myself 😅
The "do-ya" feeling of white wine grapes (like Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc) isn't really present in sake. It's all about complementing the food. I personally like that understated feeling.
And with sake, it's easy for even an amateur to describe the taste. (I think sommelier's expressions are extremely difficult to decipher. Don't you think so? What is the wet smell of a puppy❓❓❓)
Sorry wine people💦.
Today I'm drunk for the first time in a long time. I'm getting a little preachy, aren't I?
