Excuse me for drinking at home! Junmai Ginjo from Fukushima. It's my first time drinking this sake and it's very good! （I like the fact that it doesn't call itself a daiginjo even though it has a 50% polished rice ratio 😆 I had it with some Kanazawa amaebi (pickled sweet shrimp) that I got as a hometown tax payment. It's too good! ‼️
