First visit to the Meishu Center, which I learned about at Sake-no-Wawa. I never knew such a paradise existed! The line was so long that I gave up my New Year's visit to Kanda Myojin early and came here to indulge my desire to drink (^-^ゞ).
The first sake was from Tochigi. It has a gorgeous daiginjo-like aroma and a full-bodied sweet taste. The taste is full and sweet, with a nice bitter accent at the end.
I was surprised to learn that Nasuhikari is a sake rice, but it is mainly used for eating Koshihikari type rice. I was surprised that it tastes so good as sake.
