This sake is brewed to the standard for sake competitions as a special order sake for Yajima Sake Bespoke. It is recommended to drink at 10-15℃. It is best to drink it at 10 to 15℃, and if it is cold, bring it back to room temperature and let it air dry. It is not only gorgeous but also elegant. The smooth sweetness, lingering taste, and sharpness are perfect. It goes well with standard sashimi and well-seasoned simmered dishes. It has a fresh, gorgeous aroma and pure flavor, perhaps because only the first part of the pressing, which is unique to arabashiri, is used. Its umami, sweetness, and strength are well expressed. It is a high quality special edition sake that is entered in the sake competition, and the fact that it is a special order from a sake store gives it a special feel. In the end, I drank it with light Japanese food, white fish sashimi, and salty dishes to enjoy the delicate flavor of this sake rather than strong flavored food. We planned to drink it slowly while letting it air out, but we drank it at a pace that people said it was already gone. This is delicious 😋.
