I've had Yamahoshi in the past, but Rokkasen was my first time.
I drank
Rokkasen 5-step Junmai
It is sweet. It seems like it would be good warmed up, too.
I might buy it next time because it was sold at an Ikari supermarket.
Rokkasen hitotoki Rose
Sparkling wine made from ancient rice.
It has a beautiful rosé color. It was sweet and tasty 😋.
