This is the first time I've bought a one-cup bottle of sake. I saw it on display next to Ozeki for quite some time, and was a little curious about it, so I bought it. I drank it as a cold sake. There is almost no ginjo aroma, but it is very sweet as it is called nama-gara-shu. It has just the right amount of acidity and richness, with a tingling alcohol aftertaste. It's delicious, even considering the price and ease of use. By the way, it says on the container that the flavor changes to brandy after 6 months and to old wine after 1 year. (I'd like to compare them.) I like the idea of selling it in aluminum cans. Along with Atarime.
