Polishing ratio: Koji rice 59%, Kake rice 70%.
Since Mikotsuru was available, I opened a bottle of Zenkichi, which I had been curious about for a while.
It was also the topic of conversation at Sake-no-wa. It is all Nagano-produced and sold only at retailers.
It is a soft and gentle Zenkichi from the energetic Mikotsuru.
Although it is 70% polished rice, it has little miscellaneous taste.
Be careful not to drink too much, so drink in moderation.
