Water is the most important raw material for sake, and we have created a sake that matches the water of Ono, Shinshu. It is said to be a sweet sake with a refreshing citrus aroma.
Sake rice is Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture, rice polishing ratio is 55%, and the yeast is undisclosed.

Fruity but with light acidity and bitterness, low al 👍 at 12%!
We paired it with deep fried tofu and new rakkyo miso paste 🤤.
