My favorite "Naraman"!
The flavor of the rice is full and expansive, yet the beauty of the water and the fruit-like sweetness come together beautifully and are sincerely delicious😊.
As I said, it's a pretty robust sake, so it was great with sukiyaki and the abundant autumn fish.
I think 3,000 yen for sake is expensive (and it comes in a box), but it is an occasional luxury.
I really like Fukushima sake after all 🍶.
