On the second day of the New Year, we opened our first bottle of AKABU F NEWBORN‼️
I thought I could put one bottle in the corner of Lemacom, so I bought it right after it went on sale with the feeling of jumping off the clean water stage, but it turns out that storing it in the corner makes it harder to take it out...
I was finally able to take it out after the increased speed of consumption during the year-end and New Year's holidays 😂.
Now, this is my first F, and since it's a newborn sake, the fresh and vibrant aroma of a newborn sake rises to the surface, raising my expectations ✨.
The first sip of this wine, while it is beautifully crafted as you would expect from AKABU, is surprisingly light and easy to drink, much more so than I had imagined 🥂.
The refined, urban impression is complemented by an exquisite sweetness that is somewhat nostalgic and a bit unrefined 😚.
Thanks to this sweetness, I did not mind the alcohol angle at all and felt the overall balance was very well put together. I was very satisfied with the deep nostalgic finish, which made me look forward to drinking it every night without getting bored even with a bottle ✨.
