あしとも
Mizuo" is made from spring water from Mt. Mizuo in Nozawaonsen Village, and is a firm, dry sake. We had this sake at Meiji-tei, which is famous for its saucy pork cutlet bowl, and it seemed to go better with soy sauce than with sauce.
