This is a special UTAGE version of our favorite Yoshida Kurau sake made with a rice called Kinshi.
Compared to the previous Yoshidagurau, this sake has a lighter taste and is more crisp.
It is not dry, but rather sweet, but compared to the Hyakumangoku No Shiro and Ishikawamon sakes, it has a mild and restrained sweetness.
Even so, it is a very tasty sake with the acidity typical of Yoshida Kurau and a carefully crafted umami flavor that spreads across the palate.
I would like to compare this sake with Hyakumangoku No Shiro or Ishikawamon sake.
I would like to see the Kinpu sake become a regular item in the lineup.
It is definitely a different genre of taste than the previous ones in Yoshida Kurau's lineup, so I would be very happy if they sell it all year round.
If it is sold, I will buy it no matter what lol.
Thanks for the treat!
