The mouthfeel is a smooth green banana acidity. The palate is a gorgeous bitter-sweet deliciousness. The bitterness is at the forefront, but it has depth. It is an adult bitterness with a past, different from the cute bitterness of nigori. It is sweet and beautiful, but it is also very penetrating. It's very tasty.
At 5 degrees Celsius (snow-cooled), it is mainly gentle sweetness, and at 10 degrees Celsius (cool-cooled), it is mainly sourness. I liked it best when it was at around 15 degrees Celsius, when both flavors were well developed and the aroma was full.
