I bought it a while ago at Takeda's of local sake.
It is easy to drink Takebayashi's sake made from their own Yamada Nishiki. I think it is good as a sake for a meal.
I was attracted by the label and the name Hideboshi, but it really is a delicious sake.
I drank it again after a few days had passed since I opened it, and it became mellow and refreshing, and tasted even better. At first, it seemed to have a medium mellow taste.
Today, I had it with the Okayama specialty "Mamakari".
