Refreshing aroma of muscatel. The body is mellow, with a full-bodied acidity and umami. It also has a moderate sweetness and bitterness. I like Omachi sake after all. It's even better when the temperature rises a little after taking it out of the fridge, rather than when it's freshly out of the fridge at about 10 degrees Celsius. I'll be careful not to drink too much when I'm in a good mood!
