I bought SNOW CRESCENT from Kouryugiku, so I opened Sunburst. It seems to be a very sour sake, but I like sour things, so I don't mind it at all. The sweetness is moderate, and it's slightly fizzy and delicious.

Sunburst has a really nice spread of flavors from the tartness~! Snokle is also different deliciousness...looking forward to it 😊.
