Good evening, my favorite brewery for a series of bespoke sake, following on from yesterday, but it's been a while 😊.
Yoshida Kurau - Ishikawa-mon Kojo-shu Sparkling - ✨🫧.
This may be my first Sparkling from the same brewery.
I opened the crown cork but it didn't go out of control, so it's safe. ☺️ When poured into the sake cup, it has a light nigorigo color and gas is weaker than expected. The standing aroma is honey sweet behind clear herbal and chemically-like aromas. The taste is a harmony of the attack of the tangy gas and the sweetness of the kijoshu and the dryness of the yamahai, with excellent balance 😋😋😋.
Overall, the transparency and lightness of the structure of the sake, which does not feel too much like a kijoshu, makes anyone who drinks it roar that it is delicious 🤗.
