Ayahana 29BY🍶.
The youngest of the old sake we drank this time.
First, I drank it cold.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.
When you drink it in the mouth, it has a gentle sweetness and umami that is typical of Ayahana.
The flavor is delicious.
When heated up, the sweetness expands even more and it is delicious 🍶.
As expected of Ayahana 😊.
The brewer himself says, "We have to let it sit for a couple of years to get the full flavor 😌," so maybe it was just about time to drink it.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
