The Kazuma Sake Brewery brews with rice from Noto that is equivalent to six times the size of the Tokyo Dome. The rice that could not be brewed due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake was consigned to sake breweries across Japan, not to mention local breweries.
We stocked several bottles that were available locally. Gohyakumangoku is brewed by Okazaki Sake Brewery in Kamerei, Shinshu. After all, muscat aroma? The sweetness from the muscat aroma, it is Kamerei. Delicious.
This time, the rice fields where sake rice is produced were severely damaged by flooding. We can only drink it, but we would like to support them.
