Takeba Namahashi Junmai Okunotoshizuku Unfiltered Nama Sake - 720ml
Purchased at Hosoe Sake Shop in spring. It is delicious with a good balance of umami and acidity. This is the last of Takeba's stock, so I guess I'll go out again to Nanao to look for it ^ ^.
