Nf bapak
A bottle I bought at a brewery in GW.
Mizuki Shigeru Road was designed to be enjoyed at night, with spotlights illuminating the ground with floating yokai.
Slightly acidic, slightly sweet and delicious. I don't like to use this expression, but it has a strong cemedine-type alcohol taste. The bitterness felt in the throat is also strong. The fact that it is somewhat fruity may be a proof that it is still a pure sake.
The label on the previous bottle was a metallic silver monochrome color because it was a fire-brewed sake, but this one seems to be colored because it is a nama-shu.
It was a good sake in terms of type. Thanks for the drink!
