Although it is dry, it is easy to drink with a sense of rice as well.
I always want to drink something dry and refreshing after drinking other junmai daiginjos, etc., but Tetorigawa refreshes that just right feeling.
It depends on my mood of the day, but I think it is a sake I would like to keep on hand.
