I purchased this at a brewery opening.
The soft sweetness of the rice and the aroma spread slowly.
It is a daiginjo, but you can clearly taste the deep umami that only unfiltered nama sake can provide.
The taste was gentle yet robust until the end.
It was extremely delicious.
