It has been a long time since I have enjoyed a sweet junmai sake. The cloudy color gave me a sense of nostalgia even though the orikara was hardly noticeable.
The rice is 65% Aizu-produced Yumenokou polished rice and 50% Aizu-produced Yamadanishiki polished rice. Personally, I am happy when local rice is used.
