しょう太
(Wooden Oke Brewing, Cotton Pressing)
This is my first purchase from Kagiya, a sake store I am a registered member of, because of their free shipping campaign. The brewery brews Hourai, a representative brand of Hida.
When you open the bottle, it has an amber color, which is typical of unfiltered sake. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing, so it is easy to drink even for beginners.
On the fifth day after opening the mouth, it has a gorgeous aroma like pineapple, and its sweetness increases.
