It is slightly effervescent and has a strong sweetness that is very elegant and spreads in the mouth, leaving a light bitterness after drinking. It was so sweet that I wondered if it was a daiginjo. It is so sweet that it makes you wonder if it is not a daiginjo. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or a pre-bedtime drink. It is recommended for those who like sweet sake.
