I bought this sake because it is rare to see Hokkaido sake in my hometown. I bought it last spring. Maybe that's why it was relatively cheap.
Junmai Ginjo made from 100% Hokkaido rice called "Kitashizuku
When you put it in your mouth, the sweet flavor comes first, but the spiciness comes later for a moment, and then it quickly wears off.
