I have had Ugo no Tsuki Slightly Sparkling Nigori as my first drink many times when drinking out. Drinking at home, I finally got to enjoy it. ❣️ It's a refreshing, not-too-sweet nigori that tastes great no matter where you drink it. Tonight, I had a teppanyaki dinner with bacon, and the fat from the bacon went perfectly with it. It was also very tasty as a food wine. The bubbles are the key, so it is best to finish it in one sitting. When I opened the bottle, I loosened the cork a little and waited a few minutes, but there was a mild spillage, which was also enjoyable 🍾 It is a privilege to drink at home when you can drink freshly opened bottles.
