Famous sake from Niigata. Uma~! It is very delicious. It is not sake-like in a good sense, with a light attack and rich fruitiness. The lactic acid bacteria aroma and the moderate shwashiness are very pleasant. It was a bonanza sake. It is so easy to drink that you will finish it in no time!
