コタロー
When I opened the bottle, the liquid level was sizzling, and after opening and closing the bottle twice, the bottle was safely opened.
The aroma is a bit sour, like Senkyoku.
When you drink it, it is dry with a touch of sourness, acidity, and rice. It is quite light, but you can feel its richness. It is a comfortable wine that makes you want to drink it, and it lands right where you want it.
The next day, the supernatant is light, acidic, but the rice atmosphere is fluffy.
When mixed, the rice tastes richer and tastier. I like it better when mixed.
At the end of the day, I think I can feel the wood, which I couldn't tell at first... it feels more like a wooden vat than at first?
Overall, is it similar to 0.0 Dobrok? I thought it was, but I think it's quite different... my memory is what it is... this one is a little less sweet and feels relatively dry with a fluffy cooked rice feel.
I'm looking forward to this year's Sengoku, which recently returned to Edo.

Good evening, Kotaro 🌆I drank it last year, and I remember why it went well with mountain wasabi🤣If you still have some left, try to match it 🤣.
