This was my first try at nigori sake.
Fresh and effervescent, with a mellow aroma that does not go too far, a rich umami and full-bodied flavor, and a sense of rice sweetness. There may have been a hint of apple flavor.
In summary, it was very tasty and I would definitely drink it again.
I could taste the sweetness of the rice and it almost reminded me of a dish or pastry my grandmother used to make for me back home. The unrefined flavor must have stimulated my memory.
I would like to try a dobrok soon.
