You have to hold it down with duct tape 🤣.
When you taste it, it has a slight sweetness & umami, and a little bitterness at the end.
It has a stoic umami and a dry taste with less sweetness.
The ginjo aroma on the nose is wonderful and very satisfying. ⤴️
