Grilled meat and potatoes and hokke (hokke),
Sake is served cold.
The first sip is refreshing! Sourness and sweetness are well balanced. The aroma is moderate and nicely balanced.
For me, it was like going right to the middle of the road. （I prefer a little bit of a peculiar taste, so it was a little short.
I also drank it a little warmer on another day, but I don't think it made much of an impression on me. It wasn't what I was feeling or what I wanted at the time.
It wasn't quite the drink I wanted, but it was refined and very tasty.
