Kokufutsuru is a revived brewery. It seems to be read as "kouzuru".
We had a junmai daiginjo and a junmai ginjo.
Both have the same lineage. The aroma is gorgeous, but the taste is clean and crisp. The Daiginjo has more prominent characteristics. The aroma is fragrant, so you can choose what to drink with it. Not that it matters to me.
I was allowed to use a certain company's welfare facility. The variety of drinks is almost at cost 🍶 I can't believe it's a recreation facility. I was booed to bring them earlier if there is such a good restaurant 👎 I heard their honest opinion that they couldn't do it because the clientele would drop.
That's right. The thing is that you can't bring the guys who ask for 14 gouges for four people on a weekday. They made me promise not to be banned from the restaurant, and I promised them to come back next time.
