Let's start with the supernatant.
The taste is refreshingly sour with a hint of sweetness. Finally, it is tangy and disappears quickly.
I tried mixing in the oli, but since it had been sitting for a while, it didn't mix very nicely. While mixing, bubbles form in the bottle.
The bottle is opened with a light pusher.
When the oli is mixed, the sweetness and umami of the rice is added and the flavor becomes thicker. The clear supernatant is very good and can be drunk easily, so be careful. Be careful, it will be gone soon.
