Yamadanishiki with a rice polishing ratio of 45 The label conveys the confidence of the maker. 🤣 Now, open the bottle! First of all, a pear-like ginjo aroma and a fine gasiness that can certainly be felt at first. More umami than sweetness! It's not at all exasperating, and it's already insanely good. It's so good! I'm looking forward to seeing how it will change since it is a bottle. I wonder if there will be any left until then... 😅
